The production team launched a specialized production schedule the day after signing. By optimizing the production line layout and implementing a two-shift production system, stable daily output capacity was maintained. To ensure every lock met export standards, a dual full-inspection process was introduced during the quality control phase. Final overall checks and protective packaging were carried out before loading, with the entire process being rigorous and orderly. As a result, all products were successfully packed into containers as planned and shipped on time to the client’s port.
